Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cater Bags. As our products include perishable items, we regret to inform you that we areunable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the delivered product is damaged or of poor quality.

While we ensure that our products go through rigorous quality checks before dispatch, if you receive a product of poor quality or damaged, you may return the product in its original condition with the intact original box and packaging. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the product is deemed defective or damaged, wewill process a refund, including any shipping fees incurred.

In the rare circumstance that you receive the wrong item, you can return it in its original condition with the intact original box and packaging. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process either the original item or provide a refund if the original item is unavailable.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at mail@thecaterworld.com or via WhatsApp at +91-7665791791. If the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed within 4-5 working days. Once an order has been dispatched, no further cancellations or modifications can be made.

Please note:

The mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances and the policies of the bank. If the refund is processed through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or any third-party wallet, please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account. While we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this time frame, the refund timing is subject to the bank’s policies, over which we have no control.
